Michael Pine

Michael Pine is a Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP, specializing in commercial litigation with a focus on unfair competition, trade secret litigation, business torts, and contractual disputes since June 2018. Prior to this position, Michael worked as a self-employed Attorney at Law from June 2016 to June 2018 and served as a Trial Attorney in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from February 2015 to May 2016, where investigations led to significant prosecutions related to anti-trust violations. Earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Attorney General in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, an Associate at Bingham McCutchen, and a Law Clerk for Judge Sidney H. Stein.
