Andrew Rabuse has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the shipping and maritime industry. Andrew started their career in the U.S. Navy, serving as a Division Officer on the USS Abraham Lincoln. Following their military service, they worked as an Operations Assistant at Capes Shipping Agencies Inc. Andrew then held positions at dreadnought Marine, Inc. and Xeno Technix, Inc. as an Industrial/Government Representative and a Commercial Shipping Program Manager, respectively. In 1997, they became the Commercial Division Manager at Alexander Starr and Kersey. Rabuse then joined Bay Ship Management as a Port Engineer before moving to Maersk Line, Limited, where they served as a Senior Port Engineer, Program Manager for Vessel Life Cycle Management, and Director of Government Ship Management. Currently, Rabuse is the Senior Director of Government Contracts and Performance at Crowley, where they previously held the roles of Director of Government Business Development and Government Account Executive.

Andrew Rabuse received their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College between 1984 and 1988.
