Brandon S.

Brandon S. has extensive experience in information technology and learning and performance development. Currently serving as an IT Manager for Microsoft 365 at Crowley since December 2015, Brandon has contributed to the development of an internal ITSM solution and implemented significant process improvements, enhancing end-user engagement and optimizing support time. Prior roles include Learning & Performance Specialist at Iterative Performance, LLC, and various positions within the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee, where Brandon focused on training and mentoring programs in the aerospace sector. Brandon holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of North Florida and additional degrees in Teaching/Education and Global Studies and Human Rights Philosophy from Northwest University and the University of Washington, respectively.
