Cliff Hill is an experienced marine engineering professional with a focus on LNG-powered vessels. Currently serving as Superintendent at Crowley since August 2017, Cliff Hill provides technical management for the new LNG-fueled ships, El Coqui and Taino, utilizing MAN slow speed MEGI engines with TGE gas fuel systems. Previously, from January 2004 to July 2017, Cliff Hill held the role of Port Engineer and LNG Conversion Manager at Totem Ocean Trailer Express, leading the conversion of diesel electric RoRo vessels to LNG fuel. Additionally, Cliff Hill worked as a Project Engineer at Washington State Ferries from December 1994 to December 2004, overseeing the construction of new ferries and upgrades to existing vessels. Cliff Hill holds a degree from the University of Washington, earned between 2003 and 2006.
