Cristopher Serrano

Cristopher Serrano is a Labor Relations Advisor at Crowley since February 2023, where responsibilities include interpreting and administering labor contracts and advising management on labor issues. Previously, Serrano held multiple roles at AFSCME from December 2015 to February 2023, including Director, where oversight of staff and the development of policies occurred. As a Senior Labor Representative, responsibilities included representing ten local unions in collective bargaining, serving as chief negotiator, and chairing arbitration hearings. Serrano also served as Labor Representative and as President of AFSCME Local 2866, representing State employees in Florida agencies. Education includes an Associate's degree in Applied Business (Labor Studies) from Eastern Gateway Community College and a high school diploma from Western High School.
