Eric Cunningham

Eric Cunningham is an experienced executive currently serving as the VP of Shared Services at Crowley since June 2023. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Chief Operations Officer at One Park Financial from April 2022 to March 2023. Eric’s extensive background includes significant roles such as Vice President of Operations at Oportun, VP of Operations at Auto Finance USA, and AVP Servicing at Westlake Financial Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing extensive call center operations and sub-prime auto finance collections. Eric also served as AVP at NCO Financial Systems, overseeing collections for multiple projects with a budget exceeding $60 million annually, and as Senior Extended Operations Director at Capital One, managing collections and call center functions across multiple sites. Education was attained at the University of Notre Dame, where Eric earned a BA in Communications.
