Faith Rautter

Faith Rautter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative, customer service, and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Administrator at Crowley since March 2022, Faith provides customer service to new employees and monitors facility access. Additionally, Faith works as a Stage Manager at Lumen Repertory Theatre, coordinating play rehearsals and performances while managing communication among technical and production staff. Prior experience includes various roles at 5 TOOL TRAINING, Interactive Resources, Adecco Group, Astadia, Suddath Relocation Systems, and Kodak, with responsibilities ranging from human resources and accounting to client services and billing coordination. Faith holds education from The University of Texas at El Paso and Ysleta High School.
