Gregory Kencitzski has held various roles in the field of internal audit, compliance, and ethics over the years. Gregory currently serves as the Vice President of Internal Audit, Compliance & Ethics at Crowley since July 2021. In this position, they manage and oversees the internal audit, compliance, and ethics functions for the company in the US and Central America. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Ethics and Compliance at Crowley from June 2015 to July 2021. During this time, they established the organization's ethics and compliance program and developed processes to promote high ethical standards and compliance across the company. Before joining Crowley, Gregory worked as an Internal Audit Manager at Crowley Maritime LLC from 2012 to 2015, as an Internal Audit Manager at Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc from 2004 to 2012, and as a Sr. Audit Leader at PSS from 2001 to 2004. Gregory began their career as a Manager at Merrill Lynch, where they worked from 1991 to 2000.
Gregory Kencitzski completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Salisbury University from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in General Business at the University of North Florida from 1999 to 2001.
