Heather Bateman

Heather Bateman, CDS, has extensive experience in transportation safety and compliance. Currently serving as a Transportation Safety Analyst at Crowley since October 2018, Heather is a Subject Matter Expert for DOT, FMCSA, and HSE Programs, focusing on the development and implementation of safety policies, safety training programs, and regulatory compliance. Prior to Crowley, Heather held various roles at CEVA Logistics from June 2002 to October 2018, including Fleet Safety Supervisor, Project Analyst, Compliance Supervisor, and Payroll Administrator, where significant achievements included reducing CSA points and driver turnover, as well as completing CEVA's Leadership Development and LEAN Training Programs. Earlier roles include payroll administration at Ja-Ru Inc. and customer service at Bank of America and Baptist Medical Center.
