John Fleming

John Fleming has extensive experience in marine engineering, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Crowley Maritime since April 2015. Prior to this role, John held the position of First Assistant Engineer at both Crowley Maritime and Maersk Line, Limited, specializing in diesel electric propulsion systems. John's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Engineer on the USNS Mendonca at General Dynamics American Overseas Marine, where management of complex machinery and systems was key. Additionally, John displayed leadership and oversight capabilities during a six-year tenure at Ocean Ships Inc., responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of all machinery and managing engine department personnel.
