Latoya Walker

LaToya Walker, MBA, currently serves as a FEMA Program Manager at Crowley since February 2019. Previously, LaToya held the position of Sr Corporate Document Control and Policy Manager at Charter Communications from June 2016 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team overseeing scheduling for multiple call centers. Prior experience includes roles at Time Warner Cable, where LaToya created processes for workforce management in the Sales Division and led training initiatives. Earlier positions also include HR Specialist at Family Dollar and multiple roles at Sprint, focusing on workforce management and technical support. LaToya holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Studies from The University of Alabama.
