Matt Colwell has over three decades of experience in marine engineering, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Crowley Maritime since September 2010, after progressing from First Engineer. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of First Engineer at Seabulk Tankers from August 2000 to September 2010 and started in the industry as a Second Engineer with American Maritime Officers from August 1991 to August 2000. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy, earned between 1985 and 1989.
