Paul Draper

Paul Draper has over 15 years of experience in the logistics and fuel supply sector, currently serving as the Manager of Logistics Operations at Crowley since May 2008. In this role, Paul oversees fuel supply operations from the US and Canadian west coast and the Far East, managing a fleet of eight tugs and 11 fuel barges that service both developed and undeveloped ports throughout Alaska and the Canadian Arctic. Previous positions at Crowley include Supervisor of Petroleum Cargo and Fuel Plant Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed supervising personnel, training employees, and ensuring safe and efficient operational procedures. Paul also served in the United States Air Force from October 2003 to October 2006 as a Fuels Distribution System Operator, managing fuel distribution, laboratory, and storage operations. Paul holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, both from Wayland Baptist University.
