Paul Schuster

Paul Schuster has extensive work experience in various technology and engineering roles. Paul began their career at Siemens as a Quality Control Engineer in 2004. Paul then worked as a Valve Design Engineer at Fulcrum Engineering in 2005. From 2007 to 2013, they joined GE Power as a Lead Project and Applications Engineer. Following that, they worked at GE as an Engineering Team Leader from 2013 to 2014. Paul then moved on to CLARCOR Industrial Air, where they held the position of Engineering Team Leader. In 2015, they joined 2 JCP as a Director of Projects. In 2018, they joined The Suddath Companies as a Senior Business Process Engineer, later becoming the Director of Project Management Office. Eventually, they assumed the role of Vice President of Technology at The Suddath Companies. Starting from 2023, they are currently the Vice President of Technology at Crowley.

Paul Schuster completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Bath from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
