Peter Sutton

Peter Sutton has an extensive career in maritime health, safety, security, and environmental management. Currently serving as Vice President of HSSE & Operations Integrity at Crowley Shipping since June 2019, Peter also holds the position of Managing Director of HSSQE at Crowley Maritime, previously progressing through roles including Director of Safety & Health and Manager of HSSE. Prior experience includes management positions at Horizon Lines, Inc. and Royal Caribbean Cruises International, where responsibilities encompassed auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement in maritime safety and security. Additionally, a background with the NSW Police Force as a Police Officer in the Special Technical Investigation Branch and service as an Electronics Technician in the Royal Australian Navy complements Peter's diverse skill set. Peter holds an Associate Diploma in Law Enforcement from Charles Sturt University.
