Robert Arnold has a diverse work experience in the transportation and healthcare industries. Robert started their career at Maxim Healthcare Services as a Sales Recruiter in 2007. In 2009, they joined Crowley as an Account Executive, where they built relationships with strategic accounts in New England and the Pacific Northwest regions. Robert was then promoted to the role of Senior Account Executive, where they leveraged key performance indicators to drive revenue growth. In 2017, they became the Director of Pricing - Latin America at Crowley, responsible for pricing functions and driving revenue and margin growth in the region. In their most recent role as a Senior Director of Pricing - Latin America, Puerto Rico, Caribbean, they led a team responsible for pricing, trade lane management, contract negotiation, and developing strategies for profitable revenue growth.

Robert Arnold began their education at Florida State University in 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature in 2007. Robert later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university from 2008 to 2009.
