Shauna E. Baird

Shauna E. Baird, MSACM, currently serves as Manager of Contracts at Crowley since June 2023. Previously, Shauna held the position of Senior Contracts Manager at Universal Strategy Group, Inc. from May 2015 to April 2023, overseeing all contracting activities related to government contracts and leading capture processes. Prior to this role, Shauna was Senior Contracts Manager at Futurenet Security Solutions, LLC, managing both commercial and government contracts. Shauna's experience includes serving as Manager for Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicle & Government Contract Programs at Eaton Corporation and as Sr. Government Contracts Specialist at Schneider Electric. Shauna’s early career includes military service as a CBRN Specialist in the Army National Guard from 1989 to 1997. Shauna holds a Master of Science in Acquisition and Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aquinas College.
