Tim Kearns

Tim Kearns has over two decades of experience in the maritime industry, beginning with the U.S. Coast Guard from 1992 to 2013 as a Marine Inspector/Surveyor, responsible for conducting vessel inspections and casualty investigations. Following this, Kearns worked as a Port Engineer at Crowley Maritime from June 2013 to November 2016, focusing on developing dry-dock specifications and performing machinery repairs and upgrades for various vessels. Kearns holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and multiple certifications from the U.S. Coast Guard and Maine Maritime Academy, including training in marine inspection, safety management systems, and port facility security.
