Will Schramer

Will Schramer is an experienced marine engineering professional with a strong background in managing and maintaining a variety of vessels. Currently serving as the East Coast Engineering Manager for Crowley since May 2016, Will oversees a team of Port Engineers responsible for the upkeep of Jones Act petroleum tankers, ensuring compliance with ABS and USCG regulations while implementing fleet-specific efficiency upgrades. Prior roles include Port Engineer at both Crowley and Atlantic Marine, where Will managed operations for RO-RO vessels and offshore supply vessels, respectively. Notable experience also includes serving as a Test Engineer at TOTE Inc., and as an ERO on the ultra-deepwater drillship WEST AURIGA with Seadrill. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
