Brian Smith

Brian Smith is an accomplished professional in network services management with extensive experience in sourcing strategies, project management, and operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Category Manager III for Network Services at Crown Castle since February 2024, Brian develops and executes strategies for engineering, construction, and emergency restoration services across diverse networks. Prior to this, Brian held various managerial roles at Ericsson from April 2007 to October 2023, including Network Build and Operations Manager and Strategic Sourcing Manager, where responsibilities included managing tower construction services and leading contract negotiations with suppliers. Earlier career experiences include positions at Wireless Network Group, where Brian contributed to the company’s growth from inception to $20 million in revenue, and at Metrocall Wireless Inc and TSR Wireless, focusing on systems engineering and regional management. Brian's education was completed at Eastwick College.
