Eli Elbaum serves as Managing Counsel for Government Relations at Crown Castle, the largest wireless infrastructure provider in the nation, where responsibilities include negotiating agreements with state and local municipalities and utilities. Additionally, Eli holds the position of Board Member and Chairman of the Education Committee for the New York State Wireless Association since January 2025, and previously worked as an Attorney at Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana LLP from 2006 to August 2015, specializing in Land Use, Zoning, and Municipal Law. Eli earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, and Management from Brooklyn College.
