Jon Michael Murphy is an accomplished sales engineering leader with extensive experience in managing sales engineering teams across multiple telecommunications companies. Currently serving as the Sales Engineering Manager for Crown Castle, Jon leads a team focused on advancing the company’s Tower, Small Cell, and Fiber business. Previously, Jon held positions at Lumen Technologies and its predecessor, Level 3 Communications/CenturyLink, where responsibilities included managing solution engineering for the East Region and achieving significant sales growth. Early career experiences include roles at tw telecom, Covad Communications, and Broadwing/Cincinnati Bell, culminating in expertise in VOIP solutions and working with notable Fortune 500 clients. Jon is a graduate of Ohio University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Communication Systems Management.
