Mark Davis

Mark Davis is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in network architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Crown Castle since July 2018, previously held senior roles at Zayo Group from July 2012 to July 2018, including Director of Network Planning, where management of a 50-engineer team led to significant cost reductions. Davis contributed to Zayo's 100G next-generation network deployment across the US and Europe and played a key role in the integration of over 20 acquisitions. Prior experience includes managerial responsibilities at AboveNet, where Davis developed Ethernet services and maintained global peering relationships, as well as early positions as a Senior Network Engineer and Intern at Broadband Office and UUnet Technologies, respectively. Davis holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
