Ted S.

Ted S. is an experienced engineer in the telecommunications field, currently serving as a Field Operations Engineer at Crown Castle since December 2018, where responsibilities include providing customer support for fiber optic networks and troubleshooting network equipment. Prior to this role, Ted worked as a Network Operations Technician at GTT, monitoring and troubleshooting international network operations.
