Dawn Locklear

Dawn Locklear is a retired college professor with extensive experience in academia. They served as a professor at Crown College from 2007 until their retirement and held the position of visiting professor at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul from 1995 to 2007. Dawn earned a Master of Science in Operations Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from St. Olaf College, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University.
