Nikki Freihofer is a culinary-focused brand strategist and creative with over a decade of experience in the hospitality and food and beverage sectors. They founded Simple Syrup, a bi-annual literary food publication, where they served as Editor-in-Chief, overseeing editorial and marketing strategy. Nikki has held various roles, including Culinary Manager at Hillstone Restaurant Group and Strategy Director at The Culinary Edge, where they developed brand strategies for clients in the food industry. Currently, they are the Founder of The Rolling Cones and serve as a Lead Strategist at Crown Creative, while also pursuing education in Development and Social Change at the School for International Training.
