Calei Smith is a strategy and digital transformation leader, agile coach, and advocate for user-centered design. Currently serving as Program Manager for The Crown Estate since 2025, Calei is creating and implementing a five-year digital transformation strategy at parkrun, focusing on user-centered design and community engagement. Previously, Calei held various roles at DWP Digital, NHS Digital, and Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, contributing to product management and quality improvement initiatives. Calei earned a BA (Hons) in English and History from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from The Open University.
