Will Kirkpatrick

Will Kirkpatrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as a Senior Adviser for Sustainability Engagement at The Crown Estate since January 2023, Will is responsible for developing a strategic narrative to advance the organization’s Net Zero transformation and sustainability goals across various environments. Previously, Will held multiple leadership positions at O2 (Telefónica UK) from January 2012 to October 2022, including Head of Sustainability and Social Impact, where strategic development for the company’s sustainability agenda was paramount. Prior roles at O2 involved overseeing operations, strategy, brand campaigns, and customer propositions. Will's early career included significant roles at JWT as a Board Account Director and as an Account Manager at Walsh Trott Chick Smith. Will has a degree in Modern Languages (Spanish and Portuguese) from the University of Leeds.
