Crown Flour Mills (CFM) | Trusting Flour Since 1952

Crown Flour Mills (CFM) began in 1952 as a small mill and has grown into one of Lebanon’s most trusted names in flour. For over 70 years, we’ve built our reputation on consistent quality, innovation, and close partnerships with our customers.

After the Lebanese market opened in 1991, CFM lead the transformation of the milling industry in the region. Today, we continue to grow with the latest milling technology, a fully equipped quality lab, and a dedicated team of experts.

Our top management is fully committed to delivering excellence in everything we do, from quality and food safety, to consistency and customer satisfaction. This commitment drives every part of our business.

We use only superior wheat types and follow strict safety and quality checks to ensure the best results. Our certifications — ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and FSSC 22000 — reflect our high standards and care in every step.

At CFM, we offer more than just flour. We provide reliable after-sales service and expert technical support to help our customers grow with confidence.
