Crown Restaurant Group is family-owned and operated, with the goal of extending a seat at the family table. Chef and Owner Anthony Sitek, along with Managing Partner Haley Nutter-Sitek, founded the group in 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio, with the opening of Crown Republic Gastropub. The restaurant focuses on creating a space where rustic New American fare meets “made from scratch "cooking with heart.
