Aric Baier is a strategic global supply chain professional with over twenty years of experience in a high-volume, multi-plant production environment. Currently the Director of Production Planning at Crown Holdings, Inc., Baier previously served as a Senior Supply Chain Manager at DrinkPAK and held various leadership roles at Silgan Containers and Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds. With a solid foundation in leadership as a U.S. Marine, Baier has demonstrated expertise in SIOP, S&OP, and supply chain optimization, significantly improving operations and cost efficiency throughout their career. Baier holds an M.B.A. in International Business from California Lutheran University and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
