Cullen Pearson

Cullen Pearson currently serves as the Technical Services Manager of Metallurgy at Crown Holdings, Inc. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Cullen worked as a Materials Engineer at Novelis from July 2020 to June 2025, and previously held the position of Metallurgy Co-op during that time. Cullen began a career path in materials engineering as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from May 2016 to July 2020, and gained additional experience through internships at Polaris Inc. and Eastman Chemical Company in 2019. Cullen completed education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2016 to 2019.
