Jo Williams

Jo Williams is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as HR Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc. since January 2023, Jo previously held positions as HR Business Partner at McCormick & Company and McCain Foods, as well as People Services Manager at British Sugar. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Officer at Moy Park, focusing on recruitment and employee relations. Jo holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Dance and Drama from The Manchester Metropolitan University, complemented by A Levels in English Literature from the College of West Anglia.
