Steven H. has over 25 years of experience in operations and management roles within manufacturing and community service sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Crown Holdings, Inc. since May 2013, Steven has previously held positions such as Superintendent and has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Industrial Seal Operations Manager at Kaydon Corporation and Primary Manufacturing Leader at Baldwin Hardware. Steven has also contributed to the community as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and Mission on Wheels between 2021 and 2022.
