Melanie Head

Melanie Head, P.E. serves as the Municipal Utilities Director at Croy since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in the field of civil engineering. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a Project Engineer at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. from February 2014 to March 2020, focusing on the design of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and water/sewer pipelines, among other responsibilities. Proficient in various software platforms including AutoCAD, Civil3D, ArcGIS, WaterGems, SewerGems, InfoWater, InfoSWMM, Microstation, and AutoTURN, Melanie has contributed to projects involving asset management, flow monitoring analysis, sitework, and erosion control. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
