In a world defined by rapid change and high pressure, traditional leadership often falls short.
At CRR Afrika, our experience shows that the answer lies beyond the individual; it lies in the System.

As the sole provider of ORSC™ (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) training across Africa, we empower coaches and leaders with a unique, globally-proven systems approach.

We don’t just look at the individual people; we work with the web of connections between them.
We develop Relationship Systems Intelligence™ (RSI™), which provides you with the skills and tools to nurture the evolution from an individual focus - me (Emotional Intelligence (EI)) and you (Social Intelligence (SI)) to the health of we (the Relationship System (RSI))

Why the RSI™ (Relationship Systems Intelligence) approach?
* Navigate Complexity: Transform conflict and toxic communication into a constructive, aligned, results-focused dialogue.
* Collective Intelligence: Strengthen agency in systems by leveraging the enormous shared intelligence and creativity available, but mostly not leveraged.
* Clear the Path: Resolve role confusion and common organisational bottlenecks to further organisational delivery.
* Drive Action: Create alignment through the systems lens, enabling teams to move forward with clarity.

With our deep experience and a heart for African leadership, we help you unlock the collective intelligence of any system. Moving beyond the distraction of wanting to fix the individual parts and start leading with the whole.
