Terry Kou

Terry Kou started their career at Target in September 2014 and worked their way up from a Retail Sales Associate to a Specialty Sales Team Leader, overseeing three departments. They then transitioned to CRR, LLP in August 2021 as a Staff Accountant and Operations Assistant. Terry Kou holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting from Salem State University. Their experience includes analyzing sales metrics, working on scheduling, and focusing on teaching consultants how to sell effectively and enhance the guest experience.
