Mike Bates

Mike Bates has been in the real estate industry since 2015, when they became a Realtor for Jason Will Real Estate / Keller Williams Realty. In 2016, they moved on to become the MLS and IT Director for the Baldwin County Association of Realtors. In 2020, they began their current role as an MLS Success Manager for CRS Data. Prior to their real estate career, Mike held the role of Vice President / Senior Advisor at CA Technologies from 1989.

Mike Bates attended the Alabama Real Estate Institute from 2014 to 2015, studying Real Estate. Mike also attended the University of Oklahoma, studying Geophysics and Computer Science. In addition, Mike Bates has obtained certifications from the CMLS - Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLX1, obtained in November 2017), Black Knight Financial Services (Paragon Train the Trainer, obtained in February 2017), AXELOS Global Best Practice (ITIL Foundation), and the Knowledge Management Institute (Knowledge Management Professional).
