Tom Barone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership, operational consulting, and commercial development across various industries, including eCommerce, SaaS technology, and manufacturing. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Crstl, Tom focuses on Go To Market strategies and overall corporate strategy. As the Founder and CEO of Execution Edge Consulting, Tom provides operational consulting to mid-market companies, leveraging expertise in business strategy and revenue growth. Previous roles include President and Chief Commercial Officer at Stord, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at CommerceHub, and President and COO at MDLIVE, among others. Tom holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
