John Chynoweth

John Chynoweth is a retired Senior HR Business Partner with extensive experience in leadership development and human resource management. They co-founded The EQ Workshop, where they facilitated growth in emotional intelligence for leaders from 2003 to 2017. John served as a Leadership Development Consultant and held various HR roles, including Human Resource Director at East Asia Opportunities and Human Resource Associate at CRU. They earned a BSc in Psychology and an M.Ed in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University. Currently, John provides strategic HR solutions as a Human Resource Business Partner at Cru.
