Will joined CRU in 2005 and has overall responsibility for CRU's digital development initiatives and the operation of technology services for its global offices. Will is also a member of the CRU Executive team.
Will has worked in the technology area for 10 years and has experience across a wide range of disciplines including software development, data analytics, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity. Will also has a broad knowledge of commodities having initially worked in CRU's consulting practice where he developed our iron cost modelling capability. Prior to CRU, Will worked as a geophysicist for a seismic exploration company in the oil industry.
Will holds a MSc in Geophysics from Durham University and a BSc in Geology from Bristol University. He is a member of the British Computing Society and the Chartered Management Institute.
