Will Young

Will Young is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at CRU, where they are developing a central Customer Success function and enhancing customer engagement using proprietary emissions and cost data. Previously, Will held roles as a Customer Success Specialist and Multi-Commodity Analyst at CRU, focusing on data analytics and market operations. Will’s early experience includes internships as a GIS Analyst and Geoscientist at ERCL, where they contributed to oilfield compartmentalization projects in Madagascar, and they completed an MSc project on mineralization controls in Ethiopia.
