Scott Robley has over 25 years of professional experience in various roles. Scott began their career in 1994 as a Seminary Teacher/Principal for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints: Seminaries and Institutes of Religion, where they prepared and delivered lessons to high-school age students encouraging them to live principle-based lives. In 1996, they became an EFY Speaker/Director for BYU Continuing Education. In 2012, they joined Infusionsoft as a Partner Manager | Speaker Sales, where they found, built, and maintained relationships with Trusted Advisors to secure opportunities to obtain new customers and strengthened current customers. Scott also trained thousands of entrepreneurs on how to leverage the power of automation. In 2014, they became a Consultant | Implementation Specialist for Franklin Covey, where they helped organizations achieve their business objectives and sustainably impact their teams performance by offering live and live-online courses based on the proven principles found in Dr. Stephen R. Covey's best-selling business book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® Signature Edition 4. In 2017, they joined Western Governors University as a Senior Manager of Faculty Operations and a Sr. Manager Training - Mentoring. In 2018, they became the Director of Professional Services and Master Trainer & Client Solutions Engineer for Crucial Learning.

Scott Robley has an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Brigham Young University (1992-1995) and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from the University of Alaska Anchorage (1999-2003). Scott also holds certifications from VitalSmarts, including The Power of Habit Master Trainer (2020), Crucial Accountability Master Trainer (2019), Getting Things Done Master Trainer (2019), and Crucial Conversations Master Trainer (2018). Additionally, they are certified in multiple programs from Franklin Covey Co.
