Vanessa Wright is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Corporate Trainer at Cruise.com since 2010, where responsibilities include the professional development of over 100 remote sales and customer service agents, designing and delivering training sessions, and monitoring training effectiveness. Simultaneously, Vanessa operates as the Director of Social Media for The Autism Channel since April 2013, crafting tailored social media strategies for clients.
