Sindre Ræder

Sindre Ræder is a creative and strategic executive with nearly 15 years of experience in leadership, management consulting, and business development. They currently serve as Partner and Head of Innovation, Strategy, and Brand at Cruit, where they lead initiatives in business development and employer branding. Sindre has previously held significant roles, including Director of Strategic Development and Brand at Oslo Philharmonics and Senior Manager at Avo Consulting, where they specialized in high-stakes strategic processes. Academically, Sindre earned an MSc in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, and has pursued further education in photography, design leadership, and copywriting.
