Cruitical is the world's first AI-native hiring platform that measures job-readiness and AI fluency, while making hiring more transparent and candidate-friendly.

Employers are currently making six-figure hiring decisions using two deeply flawed inputs: resumes that tell you what someone claims they did, and interviews that tell you how well someone prepared to be interviewed.

Meanwhile, talented candidates apply to hundreds of roles and hear nothing back because they lack the right keywords. AI has made this worse by flooding inboxes with perfectly polished, identical-looking applications.

We replace that with deep candidate research, AI voice conversations that reveal how someone actually thinks and works, and virtual work trials where candidates solve realistic problems using AI and products they'd use on Day 1 of the job. We assess 40+ traits that predict success, like coachability, attention to detail, and how people learn, iterate, and build.
