Frances Ciolek

Frances Ciolek is an experienced professional in the fields of data, artificial intelligence, and partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Worldwide Data, AI & VC Partnerships at Crunchbase since October 2025. Prior to this role, Frances held multiple leadership positions at Google, focusing on strategic accounts in Data & AI/ML across various sectors. Additional experience includes leading Data & Analytics Cloud Partnerships at Starburst and serving as an Account Manager at Snowflake. Frances is actively engaged in the community as a board member for the Technology Association of Georgia and The WICT Network, and previously held the position of President of the Board of Directors for Calmplex 501c3. Educationally, Frances holds degrees in Data Analytics & Information Systems Studies, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Communication & Marketing from the University of Michigan and Harvard Business School.
