Kelly Scheib

Kelly Scheib is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at Crunchbase since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Proterra Inc from January 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included talent scaling, organizational effectiveness, and advising executive leadership in the electric transit bus sector. Additionally, Kelly was Vice President of Human Resources at Tindall Corporation from July 2016 to January 2020, overseeing HR functions for a civil engineering manufacturer. Previous experience includes various HR leadership roles at Hubbell Lighting from 2006 to 2016, focusing on talent development and organizational effectiveness. Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations, both from Penn State University.
