Ruby Lam

Ruby Lam is currently the Director of Operations at CrunchLabs, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Sourcing Manager at both Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and KiwiCo, Inc., where they focused on product development, strategic sourcing, and quality control. Ruby’s earlier experience includes roles as a Purchaser at REL Acoustics, Ltd. and a Merchandiser at William E Connor. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in English for International Corporate Communication from the University of Central Lancashire in 2010. Originally from Hong Kong, Ruby has a strong background in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
