Christopher Kajdas

Christopher Kajdas has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries, currently serving as a ConneX Implementation Engineer and Support Analyst at CrunchTime! since September 2016. Prior roles include Guest Service Manager at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, where management of an 18th century tavern led to revenue growth, and General Manager at Au Bon Pain, where the successful opening of the first location in Southeastern Virginia achieved weekly sales exceeding budget projections. Additional experience includes Store Manager at Katama General Store, overseeing operations and implementing a new POS system, and Kitchen Manager at Mocha Mott's, with responsibilities in production and customer service. Christopher holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
